Yet it's also one of the most intriguing forces affecting our lives. A short experimental film that combines spoken word poetry and skateboarding. The poem focuses on the idea of the 'American Dream' and the definition of success in America, versus saying fuck it, getting high, tuning out, and being happy as a starving artist. This short was shot guerilla style, in one single 1:24min take by Andy Vu, skating backwards, in the parking structure of the Santa Ana Police Dept.
