*Several of the directors are scheduled Shorts Program - LOVE. It's an extremely dangerous word. At one moment it can conjure up the best and the worst emotions at the same time. Yet it's also one of the most intriguing forces affecting our lives. What so many fail to capture with words, love and its many forms will be illuminated by filmmakers as they show you the intricacy of this special 4 letter word.

A short experimental film that combines spoken word poetry and skateboarding. The poem focuses on the idea of the 'American Dream' and the definition of success in America, versus saying fuck it, getting high, tuning out, and being happy as a starving artist. This short was shot guerilla style, in one single 1:24min take by Andy Vu, skating backwards, in the parking structure of the Santa Ana Police Dept.
